EA FC 24 has been officially released, and with the release, you can now try out the PlayStyles in the new FIFA for the first time. PlayStyles are similar to the Traits from previous editions, but there are new and improved PlayStyles.
In this article, we will show you the best PlayStyles for each position in EA FC 24. In the future, when assembling your team, you'll need to consider not only attributes like pace or dribbling but also the PlayStyles that the player possesses.
In EA FC 24, for example, a player might perform better even if they are a bit slower but have the Block+ PlayStyle.
There are a total of 34 PlayStyles that you can also upgrade to PlayStyle+. PlayStyle+ means that the player performs their actions even more precisely or quickly than with a regular PlayStyle. EA Sports describes PlayStyles as follows:

The Best PlayStyles for Goalkeepers in EA FC 24
PlayStyles have less noticeable effects on goalkeepers than on outfield players because goalkeepers simply don't get as involved in the action. However, the following PlayStyles are helpful if your goalkeeper needs to handle dangerous situations:

The Best PlayStyles for Defenders in EA FC 24
The best defenders in EA FC 24 have arguably received the best PlayStyle: Block+. This brings back memories of FIFA 20 and FIFA 21 when every shot was automatically blocked. But besides Block, there are a few other good traits.

It should be noted that the PlayStyles we haven't listed here are not necessarily bad or unusable. But for defending, the three mentioned above are currently the most effective. Of course, the EA FC meta may change over time, and different PlayStyles may become established as the game evolves.

Midfielders should generally have PlayStyles that boost passing or dribbling:

"Pinged Pass" just missed making our selection, but this PlayStyle is also quite strong. Unrelenting is especially helpful at the start of EA FC 24. As the game progresses, more special cards will be released with increased stamina, potentially making Unrelenting PlayStyle less essential.
The Best PlayStyles for Attackers in EA FC 24
An attacker primarily needs to be fast and have strong shooting abilities to succeed in EA FC 24. For that, you should keep an eye on the following PlayStyles:

PlayStyles like Power Header or Chip Shot are certainly not bad, but they are not quite as effective as Power or Finesse Shot. Trickster will also be a powerful trait if you are skilled at dribbling and using skills.
