It's time to say goodbye, the last upgrades came a long time ago for this promo. Now, we see the Road to the Final cards in FIFA 23. This is the way:

Road To The Knockouts Upgrades In FIFA 23 Explained

Champions League, Europa League and Conference League: nothing is left out by EA. The Road to the Knockout cards are special cards of the superstars whose teams are represented in the respective tournaments. They are dynamic and can get upgrades.

RTTK Dynamic Card Upgrades: How It Works

EA did not change the concept for RTTK upgrades compared to the last years. Featured players have already received improved stats and can earn two more upgrades as we progress through the season. These are the requirements:

• Wins Upgrade: The featured player's club wins at least two of the next three group stage games
• Qualification Upgrade: Club qualifies for Knockout Stage

EA Sports confirms on the official website that the Win Upgrades will be updated after each week. Here we go on October 21 – cheers, Fabrizio. The Qualification Upgrade goes live after the group stages of European competitions have been played out. The date for this is November 4.

By the way... it's a special case with Martin Ødegaard, who still has four group games left to play with Arsenal.

RTTK Release Date

Road to the Knockouts kicked off on Friday, October 7 – at 7pm CET sharp as we know it. On Sunday, October 9, we got a mini release that completed the RTTK cards.

RTTK Upgrade Tracker

Our tracker for RTTK upgrades in FIFA 23. Take a look at the remaining matches and how many wins the players have (2 means upgrade). If they get upgraded, you'll see a tick (✓) on the right side. If a club moves on to the Knockout Stages, they'll get a second tick, and we will bold the club's names. So the best case would be two ticks for your player. The current OVRs are shown in the table above.
