LoL players are once again complaining about Yuumi. But this time, because of an annoying strategy in the 2v2v2v2 arena, especially combined with a tank
The popular Arena game mode returned in League of Legends, and frustrated players because of Yuumi. Combined with a tank, Yuumi and her allies become almost unkillable. Of course, this means players are going to abuse this cheese strat, but how does it work exactly?
LoL: OP Tank & Yuumi Strategy For The Returning Arena Game Mode
It has to be the most frustrating comp to play against: Yuumi and a full tank. But why? We'll show you the strategy behind it:
- Pair Yuumi up with a tank with lots of CC (Tahm Kench, Alistar, Leona, Nautilus)
- Rush Zhonyas on both Yuumi and the tank
- Rush Guardian Angel second on Yuumi, then full tank for the rest of everyone's items
- Then, just sit at the portal entrance.
Now they just chill by the portal, and they don't have much more to do except wait for the ring of fire for 30-seconds. If both opponents come at them, they hop into the portal. If one attacks while the other stays at the other portal, Yuumi and her tank partner can just CC you and outheal/shield themselves.
Once the ring of fire pushes them into the middle of the arena, they just have to wait until the last moment before they would die to use their Zhonyas.
If they're lucky with augments, it's completely over for their enemies. In case they get the nesting doll augment, they'll have to be killed 3 times because they get revived 2-times. It's an insanely broken new augment, especially if the tank hits it.

So, the whole strategy is all about running away, using Zhonyas and letting the opponents burn to death. What a bunch of cowards!
Most Unhealthy Champion In The Game?
Since Yuumi got released, she was either extremely broken or completely useless, no in between. And the new Arena game mode shows it once again. Some players want her to be unavailable or perma banned in arena, others want her to get removed completely from the game. And I am one of them, as she hasn't been balanced once since her release.
However, if you don't want to see this comp, you better ban Yuumi. Otherwise, if you want to gain some points, join your mate, be pathetic and let your enemies punch the air with this comp.
