LoL Patch 13.12 Patch Notes: All Buffs, Nerfs & New Mythic Shop

LoL Patch 13.12 just released the Patch Notes so it's time to check out the official buffs and nerfs that are going to hit Summoner's Rift.

LoL Patch 13.12 will continue to try and balance all the changes from the previous 13.10 Midseason update. Champions and items alike have been shaken up on Summoner's Rift with a bunch of adjustments from the balance team.

So let's go over these outliers and what Riot is doing in Patch 13.12 to try and balance this mess of a game. Of course, we're also going to be getting new skins, as well as a brand-new mythic shop rotation with a whole new mythic skin concept.

LoL Patch 13.12 Notes: All Buffs & Nerfs

Champion Buffs

There are quite a lot of buffs for champions this time around, with Ashe getting both some love for her ADC and Support role, as well as other champions that have been underperforming lately.

Ashe

Rumble Adjustments

Riot Phreak, former LCS caster, has outlined some major changes that the balance team has worked on for a while for Rumble. He explained that Rumble is an elite-skewed and mid lane skewed champion with a high audience in the top lane. Therefore, the team has decided to make some major adjustments.

Lucian Changes in LoL Patch 13.12

Lucian will also be getting some adjustments to his passive. He's been a very good pick thanks to the itemization changes, so Riot will nerf his passive a little.

P - Lightslinger

  • Vigilance Damage: 14 (+20% AD) ⇒ 10(+15% AD)
  • Activation Conditions: When Lucian is empowered by another ally, his next two basic attacks will deal bonus magic damage ⇒ When Lucian is healed or shielded by an ally, or when a nearby enemy champion is immobilized, his next two basic attacks will deal bonus magic damage.

There are some items that just aren't performing how most want them to. Moonstone Renewer has felt pretty bad and Statikk Shiv is also pretty weak, so Riot is going to be buffing these items.

Galeforce continues to be one of the best items in the game, hence why it's getting another nerf. There are some other systems like Red Buff and Overheal which will also see the nerf hammer this patch.

LoL Patch 13.12 Preview: New Mythic Shop Rotation Revealed

In this upcoming patch, Riot is going to release a set of new skins for the mythic shop. In Patch 13.10, the skins team wanted to release a 40 Mythic Essence chroma for High Noon Lucian, but the assets had not been prepared yet to be shipped, hence why the team decided to let the chroma cook for another month before releasing it to the public.

With the chroma, we're also going to be getting a brand-new mythic skin line. While Ashen Knights were amazing and had some banger skins like Pyke and Shen, we're sick and tired of these skins and want something new and Riot is delivering.

In this patch we're going to get brand-new Crystalis Motus skins. These skins have a similar purple hue, but are far more elegant than the previous Ashen Knight skins. Leona is a great champion to kick off this skin line and we're excited to see all the other champions Riot will add into this skin line.

With the new Mythic Shop Rotation, Riot will be adding four new prestige skins every two weeks instead of just two. To kick off this change Riot has made some pretty epic skin choices for the next two weeks.

LoL Patch 13.12 Skins: Shan Hai Scrolls Returns

In this League of Legends patch we are also going to be returning to the Shan Hai Scrolls universe with four brand-new skins. All four skins are for champions that Riot seems to forget on the usual, but the skins look amazing and work so well.

LoL Patch 13.12 is going to be released on June 14, 2023, with all the cosmetics of the patch releasing a day later on June 15 onto the League of Legends client. Oh, and don't get we're getting a new TFT set in this patch as well!
