K'Sante seems to be the most hated champion on the rift right now with an insanely high win rate, but the LoL balance team likely won't make changes until his new version gets tested by the pros in a few months.
K'Sante has 4,700 HP, 329 Armor, 201 Magic Resist.... yes we get it, it's a meme and the champion continues to be as unbalanced as ever, even after Riot tried to make some key adjustments to the pick.
While the balance team seems quite happy with where K'Sante has landed, with a 50% win rate in Emerald+ and a 20% ban rate. A lot of players are still pretty unhappy with the champion though and hope Riot is going to be making even more changes to his kit.
LoL: K'Sante Continues To Dominate Top Lane
K'Sante continues to be a problem on Summoner's Rift according to the League of Legends community. In a Reddit thread, players discussed what they feel is wrong with the champion in the current state – even after his ability to thread combos together was changed.
On the other hand, the balance team seems to be quite happy with where K'Sante is currently. The champion went from a 45% win rate to 50%, with his play rate also shooting up.
K'sante is absolutely disgusting this patch.

In a recent YouTube video, David "Phreak" Turley went over the adjustments and how the balance team feels they've done a pretty good job thus far with the champion.
The end result has been really, really good where, his low to ultra-high MMR win rate skew is down from about 6% to about 3.5%. Which we are very comfortable with.
Phreak went on to explain that there will always be some skew between high and low MMR, due to K'Sante being a difficult champion to master. He also explained that he will not be adjusted further in LoL Patch 13.22.
The team is keeping an eye on his ban rate though, especially in Masters+ tiers. If in the high MMR skill brackets K'Sante continues to be banned and he starts appearing in pro play over and over, then Riot will look to nerf him.
Players aren't happy about those prospects though, with many feeling like K'Sante is still an issue in lower elos, due to how overloaded his kit is and not his balance numbers.
