The Fortnite Console Champions Cup is back, where the best console players in the world will compete to win their share of a $125.950 prize pool. Here are the details.

Fortnite Console Champions Cup Schedule

Once again, it's a four-round format, with the top teams from session 1 entering the tournament, followed by the top 50 teams from each region.

This is the schedule for the Console Champions Cup in Europe:

  • Console Champions Cup: October 27, 7:00 P.M. CEST
  • Console Champions Cup: October 28, 3:00 P.M. CEST
  • Console Champions Cup: October 28, 7:00 P.M. CEST
  • Console Champions Cup: October 29, 6:00 P.M. CEST

A Zero Build and a Battle Royale Cup will always be held simultaneously at the respective times and days.

You can find the times for the other regions in the competition section in Fortnite.

Since this is a duo tournament, you obviously need a mate to take part in the tournament. Each account must also enable 2FA and be above account level 50.

Fortnite Console Champions Cup Format

To participate in Round 1 of the Console Champions Cup, eligible duos must be ranked in Champions League or higher division of their respective region's Arena mode. Round 1 is only played for three hours. All teams can participate in a maximum of ten games in this first round.

The top-ranked teams from each region advance to Round 2 of the Console Champions Cup. In Round 2, teams compete in a single session lasting three hours. Teams may participate in a maximum of 10 games.

The best teams then advance to Round 3, which again features 10 games played over three hours. The same procedure is repeated in round 4. However, in round 4, teams can only participate in a maximum of six games within three hours. Should a team not queue up for the game mode and/or miss the start of a match, the match will be treated as if the team completed that missed match in last place and with no eliminations.

How many teams advance in each round?

The number of teams that advance in each round depends on the region.

  • Europe, North America and Brazil: the best 2,000 teams from each region
  • Asia and Middle East: top 1,000 teams from each region
