EA has hinted at the first player to be featured in the Team of the Year (TOTY) for EA Sports FC 24, with clear signs pointing to Erling Haaland. Additionally, there seems to be a leak that reveals the rest of the upcoming attackers as well as the full TOTY lineup.
Oh, what a wonderful time for all FIFA – sorry – EA Sports FC fans out there. TOTY time is here and we can't wait to see the winners of this year's Team of the Year.
EA is letting the community vote and decide the final TOTY for Ultimate Team. The TOTY will be announced throughout the week starting January 19. And a first teaser gives a clear indication of who we can expect as the first of the three attackers that will be going live soon!
EA Teasers TOTY With Erling Haaland
EA Sports has released a video teasing the World's Best coming to FC 24 Ultimate Team. As we know from recent years, they will be splitting the TOTY release into attackers, midfielders and defenders, including the goalkeeper, before all cards are available in packs at the same time.
The caption "Forged in the fjords" and the Nordic artwork shown in the teaser point to Erling Haaland. In addition to his Norwegian heritage, he has just had an incredible season with Manchester City, setting a new Premier League goalscoring record and winning the treble. There's no way he won't be in the TOTY.

EA FC 24 Attackers – Leak Reveals Full TOTY
In addition to the TOTY players, we'll also see TOTY Icons with upgraded stats for the collection of legendary players.
The other attackers have also appeared online ahead of the official TOTY release at 6pm UK/10am PST/1pm EST.
Besides Haaland, we'll be seeing cards for:
- Kylian Mbappé (Paris Saint-Germain)
- Lionel Messi (Inter Miami FC)
