With the start of Season 14, we also got tons of new items, including for assassins. Opportunity is one of them and is a must-have for every assassin who is at home in the jungle.
Opportunity: Stats
Opportunity costs 2700 gold and is therefore a pretty cheap legendary item with great stats every assassin dreams of. With this item, you'll get the following stats and Passives:
- 55 AD
- 18 Lethality
- 5% Movement Speed
- Preparation: After being out-of-combat with enemy champions for 8 seconds, gain 5-10 (based on level) lethality. This bonus remains for 3 seconds after dealing damage to an enemy champion.
- Extraction: Scoring a takedown against an opponent within 3 seconds of damaging them grants you 150 bonus Movement Speed that decays over 1.5 seconds.
Opportunity: Build
To build Opportunity, you'll need the following items:
- Serrated Dirk (items + 300 gold)
- Long Sword (350 gold)
- Long Sword (350 gold)
- Rectrix (item + 550 gold)
- Long Sword (350 gold)
- 800 gold
Champions That Should Build Opportunity
Opportunity is a great choice for every jungle assassin due to its unique Passives that grant move speed as well as extra Lethality. But especially the second Passive Extraction is just perfectly for assassins, who only have engage tools. Great examples are Kha'Zix, Shadow Assassin Kayn and Rengar.
