The new Icons in EA FC 24 are officially revealed: discover all names and ratings coming to the new FIFA 24. We'll be getting the first ever female Icons and – as it looks like – some brand-new Meta and OP Icons. EA has released the class of '24.
EA Sports makes a change. Instead of FIFA 24 we will be buying EA Sports FC 24 this season. With the new name for the football simulation, we can expect plenty of new features and other innovations. The biggest change is the inclusion of women in Ultimate Team. The developers are taking new paths – we're looking forward to it!
After EA revealed the ratings of the best players, we now have the new Icons & their ratings and stats. EA has revealed the "Class Of '24" and confirmed a total of four new female Icons and three new male Icons in EA FC 24.
Also, we'll be getting far fewer Icon versions (at least at the start of the season), and EA has finally improved the chemistry of the Icons.
EA FC 24: New Icon Chemistry System Explained & Removal Of Icon Versions
Icons will provide more Chemistry in EA FC 24 than in FIFA 23 which just makes sense as their linking was not particularly well done to be honest.
A significant change this year is the removal of different Icon versions. We will only see one base version for each Icon, and upgrades will come with promos and events to Ultimate Team – like FIFA 23's TOTY Icons or Shapeshifter Icons.

Zico looks broken as he has 5 Star Skills and 5 Star Weak Foot – same goes for Mia Hamm. Both will be very OP thanks to their stats.

All Icons in EA FC 24 – Nakata & Okocha Will Be Downgraded To Heroes
Last season, EA cut a few Icons, removing a total of eight. The loss of Maradona due to rights issues is particularly painful. We also missed Deco, Ryan Giggs, Pep Guardiola, and Fillippo Inzaghi in FIFA 23.
In EA FC 24 we will "lose" the Icons Hidetoshi Nakata and Jay-Jay Okocha. They're still inthegame, but you'll find them among the FUT Heroes now.
Marc Overmars, on the other hand, managed to destroy his legendary status himself. The former Ajax star was expelled from the club due to sexual assault – and was already removed during FIFA 22, then didn't appear in the FIFA 23 list (rightfully so).
